Ed was a Veteran of the Vietnam Era.  He was a very brave and decorated Marine. After his tour in Vietnam he was transferred to San Diego, CA where he served as a Military Police Officer.  After his service he became Fire fighter/Captain for the Lumberton fire department and worked over 35 years as a business rep before moving to Canyon Lake where he worked for T. B. Woods in San Marcos.  He enjoyed golfing, riding motorcycles for many years, watching Astros and Cowboys, and spent hours operating his simulation flights on the internet.  He had the best sense of humor as he was a joy to be around and loved by so many.  He will definitely be missed.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 1st from 2 to 6 at Startz Memorial VFW 7755 FM 2673, Canyon Lake, TX.  Feel free to wear Astros attire in his honor. BYOB.
