Ernesto Pelaez Jr. was born on December 27, 1961 in San Francisco, California to Ernesto and Teresa Pelaez. He was the youngest of five siblings. After living in Los Banos for over 10 years, the family moved to New Braunfels, Texas. Ernie was known for his sense of humor and being the life of the party. He brought joy into every room he walked into. He was always ready to greet people at church with a smile. He was also known for his strong faith and being an encourager. Some of his favorite pastimes were walking through the beautiful city of New Braunfels, spending time with family, and eating good food.
