Juan G. De Los Santos, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Resolute Health Hospital in New Braunfels at the age of 62. Mr. De Los Santos was born on January 4, 1953 in Kingsville, TX to Fileberto De Los Santos and Celestina Tanguma. By trade, and for a number of years, Juan worked as a butcher. He was preceded in death by his father and by a sister, Aida Garza. Survivors include his mother, Celestina T. De Los Santos; wife, Oralia Castilleja; daughters, Rose Ann De Los Santos (Vincent Gonzales) and Amanda De Los Santos (Oscar Joe Pena, Jr.); grandchildren, Jacob Gonzales, Serena Gonzales, Loraine Gonzales, D-Raven De Los Santos and Destiny Pena; 5 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert Garcia, Martin Garcia, Alberto Garcia, Ricky De Los Santos, Sammy De Los Santos and Gilbert De Los Santos, Jr.; sisters, Rachel Paredez, Sacramento Luna, Maria E. Guerra, Viola McKinnis, Gloria Paredes and Nilda Yzaguirre. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will resume from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Friday, November 20, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church, followed by the Mass, which begins at 2:00 pm. All services will end at the conclusion of the Funeral Mass.
