Been friends with Karen over 40 years. SHE was a kind and loving and funny woman who was so passionate about her politics and life. SHE will be sorely missed. MY condolences to Karen family at this sad time. She was taken much too early……..RIP Karen
So sorry to Karen’s family and friends for their loss. I’ll remember our good times as children when you lived up the street from me, and our time in high school. Rest in Peace.
God bless her – she was a wonderful and caring person. I attended St Mary’s High School with Karen and she always had a smile and loving heart. I’m so sorry for this loss and my prayers are with her. We have sadly lost 2 beautiful classmates this year. God bless them.
Karen was so loving and kind. She had a pure heart. Everytime I saw her she would hug me ,and tell me she loved me. I am going to miss my friend so much for the rest of my life. We had planned to go to a Japanese restaurant in New Braunfels and did not get to go. I’m so sad that I was working too much and couldn’t take time to go out with my friend. I have learned that you should just do what you plan ASAP, because the opportunity may not be there for you again. I cried so much and kept telling myself why did I not go, and now I will never get that chance again. I am crying now just thinking about that. I miss her loving heart and wonderful advice. I will always miss you Karen and always love you!
I’m so sorry to hear that she passed away. I saw her at our “Trump Rally” in front of GVTC earlier that day. I also understand that I was the last person she had spoke to ( via text). I had jumped the gun a bit and announced Trump had won, and I know she was smiling! I will miss Karen, and I’m sure I speak for the entire crew of ” SLIX” and ” The Paint Spot”. God bless you dear for always being there for us, and for being so selfless. You are in Gods hands now , so rest sweet child
