He was a true friend that I honored and respect. My heart goes out to all his family and friends. The world has lost one of it’s special people and will not be the same. I think I will believe the good Lord just needed some of Kim’s hummer in Heaven.
Lloyd is a friend i met,Knowing My great freind Sabrina. This guy was a good talkin fella. When i actually met him he was bigger than life. this guy was a big man. I’m 5 nothing. But when he talked to me he was just as small as i was. He knew i was intimidated, but he laughed and joke with me, he really made me respect the little things in life. So to you Sabrina my deepest condolences. your Brother was and still is a great big man in my eyes. God bless
Kim was always full of a sense of joy and dry wit, even when things didn’t always go his way. I was privileged to share a class with him in high school and he never failed to make us all laugh, teacher included. RIP, dear friend. You won’t be forgotten.
Kim was our Sunshine in the hallways He just beamed. So much love came through him. His Smile, Laughter and Jokes still make me smile You will be missed my dear friend and you are loved.RIP
I consider Lloyd to have absolutely been a part of my family. It’s still difficult for me to comprehend that he’s no longer here on Earth with us. He was larger than life and a force of nature that I feel so lucky and blessed to have known and loved for my entire life. He had an enormous heart and brought such a great amount of happiness and laughter wherever he went. Even when he was grossing me out with pig’s feet in the fridge when I was 12 or when I was 23 and he took me for a terrifying joy ride through the dirt roads of Utopia in his little red car with AC/DC’s TNT blasting on the stereo. That’s how I will always remember him – a smile on his face, a little glimmer of crazy behind the eyes, and an overwhelming capacity for love and caring, leaving a trail of laughter in his wake. Sabrina and Chance – my heart is with you and we love you so much!
Lloyd Kim Meek was my friend, my housemate, my co-worker, my family. He was a giving, loving, care-giver to others. He could name the model of any aircraft that flew over our heads from Cloverfield. He got a kick out of getting a rise out of you. There was never a doubt as to when Lloyd had arrived -you could hear him long before you saw him. The Olympics, The River, Godzilla, The Holidays, The Big Bang Theory, Menudo & My Life, will never be the same without him in it. We Love You, Kim. “He Made Us Laugh”
