Our dear mother Lou Ann Gonzalez and our dad’s best friend, wife and partner in life sadly passed away on September 9, 2024, in Seguin, TX at the age of 62. Born on September 3, 1962, in New Braunfels, TX. She was the daughter of Guadalupe and Elisa Chapa. She attended New Braunfels High school where she was a proud Unicorn. She beautifully lived life with her husband, Paco, whom she was married to for almost 40 years. She enjoyed trips to Mexico, cooking and spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Full of love, laughter and resilience, she touched the lives of all who knew her. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who was always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and strength.
Lou Ann is survived by her husband, Arnulfo Balderas Gonzalez, children, Priscilla Rodriguez, Elisa Martinez, (Albert Martinez), Jason Gonzalez (Angela Gonzalez) and Jose Gonzalez (Makala Gonzalez) and numerous grandchildren
Lou Ann was preceded in death by her father, Guadalupe Chapa, her mother, Elisa Chapa and her Brother Mario Chapa.
To commemorate her incredible journey and to celebrate the love she spread, A Visitation will be held on Friday, September 13, 2024 at Lux Funeral Home Chapel from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM with a Funeral Service held in her honor to begin at 12:00 PM.
We invite all who knew her to join us in remembering a truly remarkable woman.

Louann was just a loving, sweet and caring person. I will cherish my time with her working at Lollipop Daycare Center on Eikel street. May she rest in peace and May the Love and Comfort of God surround the family.
Lou Ann will be missed dearly I will cherish our growing up together along with her parents and brothers especially Mario if our feet could tell you stories about us 3 dancing and great times we spend talking and laughing I love her like a sister may she rest in peace
Lou Ann was a sweet lady to work with at Wuest supermarket. Earl and I work with her in the market. We have great memories working together. She will be missed. So sorry Paco for your los. Sending prayers to you and your family.
