Louis S. Palenik

Louis S. Palenik, 95, of New Braunfels, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2015 in New Braunfels. Born on January 31, 1920 in Binghamton, NY, he was the son of the late Gaspar and Zuanne Kudlac Palenik. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Darlene Palenik; three brothers and one sister. Mr. Palenik is survived by his wife of 73 years, Elizabeth Petras Palenik; sister, Florence Sleeper and her husband Mitchel; niece, Stephanie Murray and her husband Charles as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 10:30 am on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am, followed by the Mass at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery II on FM 482 in New Braunfels.
