Margarita Susan Martinez, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at her residence at the age of 35. Margarita was born on January 11, 1976 in New Braunfels to Ruben Luna Aleman, Sr. and Evangelina Martinez Aleman. She later married her husband, Raul Martinez, Jr. on March 30, 2000 in New Orleans, LA. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Alyssa Nicole Gonzalez on December 5, 1997 and by her father, Ruben Luna Aleman, Sr., on October 6, 2011. Survivors include her loving husband, Raul Martinez, Jr.; children, Andrea Nicole and Raul Martinez, III; mother, Evangelina Aleman; siblings, Ruben Aleman, Jr., Maria Vargas, Elisia Quiroga, Rudy Aleman, Adela Nieves, Rosalinda Ugalde, Cynthia Navarro and Gabriel Aleman. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel. All services will end at the conclusion of the visitation on Thursday evening.
