Michael Anthony Gallia, 74, of Seguin, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at his home. Born on June 24, 1949 in El Campo, Texas, he was the son of the late Jim Gallia and Ethel Korenek Gallia.
Michael is survived by his wife of 52 years, Janis Gallia and sons, Justin Gallia and Brian Gallia.
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by brothers James Gallia and Frankie Gallia.
Michael enjoyed spending time at the beach surfing, hunting, fishing, carpentry, and gardening. He also enjoyed working on his 57 Dodge pickup, and, most importantly, the love of his life, his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He also found great enjoyment spending time with his family.
A memorial service will be held at 10am on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Frieden’s Church, 2555 Friedens Church Rd, Seguin, TX 78155. Interment will follow at Lone Oak Cemetery.
Memorial donations can be made to Guadalupe Valley Hospice or Frieden’s United Church of Christ.
