Mr. Guadalupe G. Perez

Mr. Guadalupe G. Perez, a life-long resident of New Braunfels, passed away late Friday evening, June 23, 2017 at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in New Braunfels at the age of 74. Guadalupe was born on December 12, 1942 in New Braunfels to Alfredo Perez and Francisca Gallegos Perez. During his professional career, Mr. Perez was self-employed and worked as an appliance repairman, servicing the needs of many residents of New Braunfels. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Rudy Perez and by a sister, Josie Ortiz. Survivors include his loving wife of 55-years, Aurora Martinez Perez; children, Robert Perez and wife, Sylvia, Angie Perez and husband, Santiago Victorio Perez and Amy Perez Mead and husband, Richard; brothers, Ramon Perez and wife, Sarah, Crespin Perez and wife, Barbara and Ruben Perez; sister, Ysabel Bayona and husband, Bernard; 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jay Moeller officiating. All services will end at the conclusion of the funeral service on Thursday morning.
