Back in the late 70’s and early 80’s I was friends will a man named Paul Nolan. He had a handicap and would ride a three-wheeler bike around town. Sometimes I would give him rides and we would discuss various issues, sometimes religion. I remember him as being intelligent and friendly. Maybe he has no family left, but I hope he will be remembered by some of us as a valuable person who God loves. Bonnie Elder
