Percel Mitchell

Percel Mitchell, 79, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2020 in New Braunfels. Born on May 23, 1940 in Arkansas, he was the son of E. L. Mitchell and Millie Jane Miles Mitchell. Percel proudly served in the United States Army in Vietnam and was a recipient of a Purple Heart. He enjoyed fishing, working with creative crafts, and loved his family and friends. Percel is survived by his wife, Karin; his sons, David and Brian; his grandchildren; and other family members.
