Richard Jerrel Dailey, II a resident of New Braunfels, passed away on July 21, 2013 in San Antonio at the age of 54. Richard was born on December 21, 1958 in Albuquerque, NM to Richard Jerrel Dailey and Bertie Griffith Dailey. Survivors include his mother, Bertie Dailey; daughters, Emily Dailey, Katelyn Frederick and Shelby Burris. In addition, he is also survived by two sons, Joseph Burris and Justin Minor. Memorial services are scheduled for 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Oakwood Baptist Church.
