Memories Timeline

Guestbook

    • Thanks for the great times in the Field Training Division, especially the trips to Soup and Salad (only a few know what I mean) and a long time friendship. God bless your soul and your family…

      Sam

      • Sam – I remember the Soup or Salad story – ya’ll really put one over on him that day. Lots of memories. I hope you and your family are doing well.

  1. Daddy, there’s not a moment that goes by that I don’t miss you terribly. The only thing that brings me peace is that you aren’t in pain anymore. I love forever.

I hope you know how much you’re cherished.

    Love you forever,
    Your Doodlebug

  2. Russell was a high school classmate and very good friend. He served as a manager for our Brazosport Exporter football team while I served as a student trainer giving us many, many hours working together. I was always so impressed by his outstanding career in law enforcement. My sincere condolences to the Rudy family.

  3. Russell was a neighbor and friend in Freeport. We were in the Police Department Explorers together. Football Student Managers together and both spent careers in Law Enforcement. Rest in Peace my brother.

  4. We pray that you have found rest with the Lord.
Gods’ blessings to you and your family.

  5. Heather, I am so saddened by your loss. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

  6. Known as Uncle Rusty as a child then Uncle Russ as I grew into an adult is who I will miss so much. My uncle has always been the most caring, sensitive and kind person who showed his family love. His sense of humor and entertainment likes were broad for which I loved. Thank you in the heavens for loving me, all of me for who I am.

    Your niece,
    Paula

  7. The loss of Russell is felt by many. Russell impacted the world in so many beautiful ways. He will be remembered with love and joy. My sincerest condolences, with peace, love and comfort.

  8. Russell, you were truly a great great friend!! We all had so much fun at our different parties!! We will miss your smile and laugh!!
    Love
    Pat and Tom

  9. I loved Uncle Russell with all my heart! He was a great uncle, one of the funniest people I ever met and he loved his family more than anything. I know he will be watching over all of us and we know he’s no longer in pain, but we will surely miss him. Rest in the sweetest peace Uncle Russell and know how much we love and miss you. Love your Niece Lisa and your New England Family.

  10. Thanks for always being there and spending time with us as kids growing up. Still remember you chasing us around in the yard as a young cop, teaching us how to play Gin Rummy, etc….always with a smile and laughter. It was very special to have you at my retirement from the USAF five years ago. You will be missed, but you’ll always be in our memories.

  11. Hey Russ, We are sure going to miss you but know your celebrating with family and friends up there. You’ve always been like a little brother to me. And the stories your brother had shared over the years still make us laugh. Him being 12 yrs older than you he pulled some good ones. Telling you that possum meat was Buffalo when you were a wee child and you believing him was a good one.You being the baby brother who always looked up to him made him always feel special. We’re thankful the suffering is over. That was hard! We love you and know you’re looking in on all of us. Tell the folks hi!

  12. Hey Russell,

Your integrity, honesty and good faith abandoned you during my Trial when you lied under oath. God has a plan for you, as he had for me. So sad, that you all have no idea who Russell really is and how evil his testimony was and now as you all ask God to help Russell . . . he lied to God taking that Sworn Oath on May 21, 2002. God takes care of their own and I’ll live another 40 years and Russell, I know you suffered because you were slothly, gluttonous and evil . . . Have a nice day! LMAO because he who has the “last laugh wins!”
