Sofia Perez

Sofia Perez, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Colonial Manor at the age of 84. Sofia was born on September 18, 1928 in New Braunfels to Martin Perez and Theresa Garcia Perez. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jesse and Juan Pedro Perez. Survivors include her sister, Guadalupe Guerrero and brother, Ruben Perez. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM on Monday, December 3, 2012 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will resume at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, followed by the Funeral Mass, which begins at 10:00 AM. All services will end at the conclusion of the Funeral Mass. Please note: there will not be a procession from the funeral home to the church on Tuesday morning. All wishing to attend the Funeral Mass are asked to meet at the church. The family would like to thank the staff at Colonial Manor and Cima Hospice for their kind and dedicated service.
