Thomas E. Tullis was born November 23, 1937 in Houston to William and Julia Tullis. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and brother, Arthur Tullis. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn; daughter, Stephanie Tullis and son, Thomas Tullis, Jr. Also surviving Tom are his brother, Bill Tullis and wife, Kathleen; his sister, Dianne Miller and husband, Royal. He is also mourned by his grandsons, Justin, Joshua and Jason Marshall. In addition, Tom is survived by sons, Bobby Miller and his girlfriend, Linda, and Michael Miller and his wife, Mary; granddaughters, Emily Juarez and Elizabeth Gonzales and husband, Bobby. Deeply loved and missed are twin great-grandchildren, Emma and Owen Gonzales. Aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews survive Tom as well. Tom spent most of his adult life working in construction. His hobby was restoring antique vehicles, and he belonged to the New Braunfels Area Car Club. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
