Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I remember her well. Such a sweet person and will be deeply missed. Rest in piece sweet lady!!! My thoughts and prayers are with you.

  2. So sad to hear of the passing of such a nice and kind lady. Many years ago I had a painful experience with my son. Yolanda and her family were there for me. It still brings tears to my eyes, how much she was willing to help that night. Just goes to show you, angels are every where. Rest in peace Yolanda.

  3. I’m so sorry for your loss! Your family is in my prayers! Just remember she is in a better place and is watching over you and your family with so much love!

  4. I’m sending love and healing thoughts for our angel Yolanda and her sweet and hard working family. Yolanda and Jose and their loving family were my dear friends and good neighbors. For two decades I saw Yolanda do more than anyone I know to make this community stronger in its capacity to care for our people. She personally did so many things herself and also advocated for city management to be considerate of our neighbors. When their house was taken to widen Walnut, there were just so many community benefits that no amount of money could replace. She loved this community and did not want to leave. I know she must be with a lot of angels who are really proud of her. She has left a lasting legacy as we who were inspired by her keep trying to help this community better look after our people. God Bless Yolanda and her family.

  5. I don’t even know where to start to pay tribute to an amazing lady. First & foremost my deepest sympathy to her husband, children & grandchildren. The word no did not exist in her vocabulary when someone needed her assistance. Yolanda was an inspiration to all those who met her. I will miss her contagious smile.

  6. It was a pleasure to know Yolanda. I do nails at Colonial Manor and that is where I met Yolanda. She would help me and bought Halloween nail polish for the ladies as well as a lovely Christmas nail polish. She was such a friendly person and had such a good attitude. God Bless Yolanda’s family. 7. We will miss you terribly. I remember sitting at Landa Park there in New Braunfels, she always liked to go there to take a break from the world. We went together one time we both had a lot on our mind.We went for a walk and just enjoyed th beautiful trees and the water running down the river. She said it was her favorite place there in New Braunfels just to get away. I remember how it made her feel so peaceful, and so energized after we would leave from there. We shared a lot of great times and sad times. She was my big sister, I will miss her terribly….
