Guestbook

  1. Yvonne was such a sweet soul..I remember Jimmy always calling her his bride. I know she’ll be missed by many and may she rest in peace in the arms of our Savior Jesus Christ

  2. Jimmy, I am so sorry for your loss. May the 45 years plus that you knew Yvonne bring you comfort in the memories you shared with her. I can still remember when I used to drive both of you to SAC. I guess you have me to thank for having you meet. Love you and know that Adam and I are here for you.

  3. Jimmy,
I’m sending my most heartfelt condolences; my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. Whatever you need, I’m here for you!

  4. As a longtime friend told me, my mother’s smile could light up a room. Even days later it is so surreal that she’s gone. Teaching was her life, she was always home for us shuttling us around when we were in school. After going through some personal struggles with addiction, my mom got invonved and made it her mission to help me, I am forever indebted to her.

  5. Dear Travis, you and family including your mom remain in our (mine and Cathy) hearts and prayers for peace comfort and healing as you grieve the passing of your mom. It’s apparent by both your testimony s on FB and the obit she was a special and wonderful lady/ human being. God Bless ✨🙏🏻❤️‍🩹

  6. Jim, Ashley and Travis, we care for all of you and will remember the many good times like Xmas celebrations. Your Mom had a big heart for you all and her students. We all appreciate her kindness to all. Love Adam and Sylvia.

  7. Yvonne made life fun. She was always dancing, singing, playing games. She made school so.much fun for the kids. She loved Jesus and loved people, especially her family. She was a dear friend for over 20 years.I was so blessed to have her in my life. I’m praying for you Jimmy, Travis, and Ashley and all who loved Yvonne so much!!

  8. My deepest sympathies to you and your family. Yvonne was always full of life and had a beautiful heart. We always had a lot of laughs teaching preschool together. She once had purchased us both a tshirt with angel wings on the back and now she has the real thing. May she rest in peace.

  9. My deepest sympathies go out to your family. Yvonne was always full of life and we had so many laughable moments teaching preschool together. She had such a loving heart. I remember she had bought us both tshirts that had angel wings on the back. Now she has the real deal. May she rest in peace.

  10. Jimmy,Yvonne,Travis &Ashley were the best neighbors ever. Yvonne was such a sweet person. We had many conversations standing in our front yards. She will be missed by many. God bless, Susan Roye

  11. I didn’t know Mrs. Arreaga personally but I know her son Travis. I can tell that through him she was a wonderful person inside and out. I send my condolences to the family and I will keep you all in my Prayers. Mrs. Arreaga is a Beautiful Angel watching over you all now.

    • Thank you Sandria, you are such a wonderful person to send condolences… it really meant alot to me… thank you!

  12. Aunt Yvonne will always hold a special place in my heart. As a child she always made Christmas special by hosting event filled Christmas eves. As an adult she supported me as a stylist and visited me often. Living in separate cities made our time together infrequent, but that didn’t skip a beat in her warmth to my children. She always had gifts and playtime for them. Aunt Yvonne is well loved and will be missed.

  13. Yvonne and Jimmy were the first neighbors that reached out to us when we moved next door. Yvonne was always happy and very helpful. She knew so many things about our house because she and Jimmy had been closed friends with the previous owners. Sharing thoughts with her always left me with the feeling that I could discuss any subject without judgment from her. Although, Abel and I only knew her for a short couple of years, I feel her loss everyday, especially when I walk my dog and hear her dear dog Murphy and the donkeys that she enjoyed watching. I know she was a woman of faith and that she is in heaven but we miss her.

  14. Andy and I send our deepest sympathy and prayers to Jimmy and all the family during this time of great loss. We only knew both Yvonne and Jimmy a short time but Yvonne’s strength, love and dedication to her family was always apparent at our meetings. Her great faith also shown through constantly. We are very blessed to have had her in our lives, even remotely.

    • Thank you for your prayers. I miss Yvonne so much. I thank you too for the donation in her name to St. Jude’s Children Hospital. Yvonne would like that very much. Her heart for children came after her love for Jesus & family. I’ve said it once and I can’t help myself to repeat it often; “Yvonne was the better half of my True Love Story”. Her last words before passing carries me thru my pain. “I’M SO EXCITED”…

      God bless you both.

  15. Yvonne was a beautiful woman inside and out! We were blessed to have known her the short time we did. Our prayers are with you
