  1. We are deeply sorry for your loss ~ Lux Funeral Home & Cremation Services

  2. I was blessed to work with Cathy for more than ten years at Oakwood. We enjoyed lunches together and laughing like crazy people. I loved hearing her laugh. We even wore identical shirts one day & laughed about our “good taste” in wardrobes. I loved giving her my grandsons’ toys they outgrew. Oh, how she adored Charlie! She was a blessing to so many! I pray for Bill and all Cathy’s family to feel God’s amazing peace, comfort and love.

  3. Jenni I’m so very sorry to hear of your mom’s passing 😢. I know of course she is in heaven. I always loved talking to Cathy and her way of making you feel comfortable and loved. My memories with her are so awesome. Especially our Florida trip. I wish I would have been more active and had known she had been sick. I would definitely had been around. Please give your dad and brother a hug from me and have them give you a hug as well. May God give you all a peace in your hearts and memories so happy to make you smile. God bless you all, Veronica Batey AKA. The Donut Lady 💜

  4. We will miss our beautiful friend greatly. We know she is with Jesus. Praying for comfort for Bill, Jenni, David and family.

  5. Bill, Jenni & David – I am so saddened to learn of Cathy’s passing. It is so difficult to lose your Spouse/Mom to cancer, but I know you have wonderful memories of her love for each of you. There really are no words except to say I’m so sorry for your loss and take care of each other. It’s a beautiful photo of her amid the wildflowers.
