Among many interests Jack had a passion for music, football and traveling. Jack retired in August of 2019 from his career in sales where he was able to spend time traveling around the country and being with his family. Jack loved to entertain anyone that could endure his energy for a day of adventure-Tour guide and Captain Jack! Jack enjoyed helping others in a time of need, he was always just a phone call away. He was a long-time member of Oakwood Baptist where he spent his time volunteering and Sundays at church with his family. His greatest pleasure on earth was to serve his wife, daughter and two grandsons. A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel from 10:00-11:00 AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM.
