Ofelia Pongco Grigsby, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021 in New Braunfels, Texas at the age of 81. Ofelia was born on May 22, 1940 in the Philippines.
She loved dancing, interior decorating, passion for shopping, yoga and traveling.
Ofelia is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, Melvin Grigsby, Jr.; children, Joie & Gemma, Jason & Joana, Jon & Grace, Jenny & Dave, Anthony, Mary; grandchildren, AC, Jessie Mae, Mia, JC, Jillian, Julian, Joshua, Jacob, Matthew, Carter, Arianne, Kyle, Audrey, and Kiera; sisters Irma, Susan, Nelly & Walton Liu; nephews & nieces Mark, Jake, Ron & Annette, GP & Chewy, Glenn, Arlene & Bryon, Joyce & RJ, and Anne & Sean.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 28, 2021 with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM at Lux Funeral Home. Catholic Mass will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 29, 2021 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. All services will conclude after the church.
