Victor Villanueva

victor villanueva
Victor Villanueva, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 14, 2021 in Seguin at the age of 30. Victor was born on September 7, 1990 in San Antonio to Valeriano Villanueva and Manuelita Krueger. He was a forklift operator in the lumber business for many years and was one of the hardest working men. Every day he showed up and put in hard work no matter how exhausted he was, and did everything he could to give his family a great life and make them happy. He was the best daddy and so involved with all four of his children. He always did whatever he had to do to keep a smile on their faces. He was a hard working family man and took pride in knowing he was giving them the best life he possibly could. Victor was the true definition of a loving and loyal father and husband. He loved his wife with everything in him and proved it on a daily basis. He did what a husband was supposed to do, he loved hard and did anything he could to also make her happy. He had a sense of humor like no other and could make a joke out of anything. He was definitely the life of the party and always had people cracking up. He was extremely smart in everything he did, he would teach himself how to fix things or put something together. Victor also had a deep love & passion for fishing and the river, Guadalupe River to be exact. He was such a great fisherman and had so much knowledge, tips, and tricks about it. Fishing was his pride, his happy place, and boy was he beyond great at it. The world lost an amazing man and he will forever be missed, but he lives on through his beautiful children. His heroic efforts will always be how he is remembered. Victor is survived by his loving wife of seven years, Norma Luna; children, Nadia Dimas, JaeVictor Villanueva, Elijah Villanueva and Jaevyen Villanueva; parents, Valeriano Villanueva and Manuelita Krueger; brother, Valeriano Villanueva, Jr.; sisters, Monica Pagoada (Maynor) and Angie Rosckowff (Mick). In addition, Victor is survived by eight nieces, three nephews, and his in-laws. A chance to visit with the family will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with the funeral service beginning at 6:30 PM on Monday, June 21, 2021 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Daniel Stephen Salguero, officiating. Visiting with the family will resume from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM on Tuesday morning, June 22, 2021 at the funeral home. The funeral procession will depart Lux Funeral Home at 9:30 AM Tuesday morning for a 10:00 AM graveside service at Comal Cemetery.
