Planning your loved one's funeral is never easy. We chose Lux funeral due to all the great reviews and I can honestly say they did not disappoint. From the first phone call we made soon after my mom's death they answered all our questions immediately and were very professional. Our coordinator was Corina and she was very professional, prompt to answer my phone calls or texts, and was so kind to us in person and informative. Our situation involved having my mom be flown from Texas to California. Corina was amazing at contacting out of state funeral home and keeping us appraised of all logistics. They made my mom look pretty and look as natural as possible. They surely exceeded our expectations. We also purchased the casket at their facility which arrived very quickly. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone. God bless you all and thank you again for all your help during this very difficult time in our lives.

We recently lost our beloved son, Fire Specialist Chris Lafferre quite unexpectedly. I cannot begin to tell you what a beautiful job Lux funeral home did with handling everything for us. He was memorialized with both Austin Fire Department and Air Force honors. Valerie did such an incredible job working with these departments and coordinating everything alongside them and the celebration of his life was absolutely beautiful. Valerie guided us through the process with great thoughtfulness and compassion. We will be eternally grateful to her and the entire staff for guiding us through such a difficult time.

The hardest thing I have ever done. Planning a funeral for my 12 year old daughter. When asked by coroner which funeral home I would like for my daughter to be sent I had absolutely no idea. I had no knowledge of this type of business, why would I? Several names were brought up to me but did not help me in this decision. I cannot recall why but I chose Lux, praying so hard that I had made the right decision. I was sending my baby somewhere I knew nothing about. Once they opened that morning and I was able to see my daughter I knew my prayers were answered and all doubts thrown out. The staff was so patient, empathetic and reliable. Words cannot convey my respect and appreciation towards Lux Funeral Home.

Kenny and his AMAZING staff have done 2 funerals for us in the last 6 months. Both were EXCELLENT from beginning to end. He made the entire experience comfortable and stress free and helped guide me through every decision that had to be made.

The facilities are extremely well kept and maintained and the Chapel is beautiful inside and accommodated everything we asked for.
