Harold Lee Carmichael (Hal) passed away peacefully on February 7, 2024. He was born on July 25, 1936 in New Hope, Alabama. He is loved dearly by his family – Bobbi, his wife of 62 years; his brother, Bobby; his daughters, Suzan Carmichael (and husband David Allen) and Jill Lutz; his grandchildren, Eliza Lutz (and husband Julian DuBois), James Lutz and Isaac and Asher Allen.

I had the privilege of spending time with Hal. I loved listening to him talk about his family, traveling, and industrial washing machines! He was an incredible man and will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace Hal, our lives were better because you were in them!
