July 12, 1943 ~ December 30, 2025

Resided in: Marion, Texas

Virginia Lynnette Lombardi, went home to Heaven on December 30, 2025. She had many there to greet her as she moved on and many she left behind. She was 82 at the time of her passing, with a lifetime of memories left in her wake. The mother of 3 children, Tina, Gary and Ginnie — and stepson Stephen, all gave her 8 Grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was well loved and had a beautifully infectious laugh. She was always there to help others in need. She supported our father throughout his military career and after celebrating over 50 years of marriage. Moving as needed and always fast to make friends and engulf herself in the community. Although we are sad with her passing, we are also filled with joy that she went peacefully joining God, her husband, Dino and others that passed before her.

Thank you Mom for being our caregiver, seamstress, painter, macrame expert extraordinaire. Thank you for the scary movie marathons every Saturday, the Godzilla (and friends) movie marathons and in recent years, the anime shows that you viewed enthusiastically with your grandchildren. Please watch down on us all. We love you.

  1. So sorry to hear about Aunt Lynn’s passing. Have been reminiscing about summer days during the fair when Uncle Dino and Aunt Lynn would come stay for a week or two. We would get together, hang out , visit and have bbq’s on the deck. Always loving and affectionate towards me. Never left without a kiss, and big hug.
Hugs to you all during this difficult time.
