Today we celebrate the life of 5 year old Jace Rene Gomez, who received his promotion into God's Heavenly Kingdom on Monday, January 12, 2015. Jace was born on December 22, 2009 and in his short life on Earth, brought so much joy, peace and love to those who knew and cared for him. He is truly an Angel and will be greatly missed by many. Jace is survived by his grandmother, Michelle Morales; his mother, Anissa June Gomez; paternal grandparents, Joe and Susan Armendariz; sister, Scarlette Rose; aunt, Mallory Modesta Gomez; uncles, Antonio Margarito Pena and Marco Angelo Pena; Godparents, Noel and Lucinda Flores; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
A visitation will be held at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, January 17, 2015 from 12:00-3:00pm. A service will follow beginning at 3:00pm. All services will conclude at the end of the service at the funeral home on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jace's name to Hydro Angels over America, P.O. Box 311901, New Braunfels, TX 78131.
