Wendy Ellen Morris Obituary

Wendy Ellen Morris, 58, resident of Spring Branch, Texas left us sadly and unexpectedly on March 2, 2024, following a brutal battle with cancer.

Born in San Antonio, Texas, Wendy spent her entire life living in and around her hometown surrounded by her family and friends. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend who loved people without demand or expectations and spread laughter, joy, and happiness wherever she went.

Wendy was a beautiful, soulful person who loved horses. Some of her most joyous moments in life were spent tending horses, going on trail rides, and attending rodeos.

Wendy was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Daniel Morris and Carole Rae Morris and her brothers Gary Morris and Daniel “Danny” Morris. She is survived by her children, Michael Morris, Audrey Avila and Marty Avila, her granddaughters, Araceli Lynn Avila and Yasmin Lucia Avila, her husband, Martin Avila and her siblings, Diane Morris, Tracy Durham, Stacy Huitron and Russell Morris.

Her spirit will continue to shine through our loving memories of her, forever bringing us peace comfort and strength.
